The Wacker Neuson Group opened its newest site, Wacker Neuson Machinery (China) Co., Ltd., in November 2018 in the city of Pinghu, near Shanghai. Expanding to China enables the Group to further develop surrounding markets and expand the existing network of dealers. The site covers an approximate area of 135,000 square meters and includes around 30,000 square meters of building and office space. The location is home to production facilities, research and development, quality management, logistics, service, a training center and administration. The company manufactures excavators and light equipment such as vibratory plates, floor saws and M Series products for the Asian market at this site.
